Herbal Cocktail Class at Hacienda Sertodo in Austin, TX

Join local herbalist Lauren Peterson in crafting delightful botanical cocktails and getting to know the plants we use to make them. These celebratory drinks can help us enliven our senses and mark special moments in our lives- even more so when we can craft them with local ingredients at home. In this class we’ll play with some infused spirits, syrups, bitters, juices, herbal salts and more. Lauren will demo several recipes for vibrant cocktails for you to sample, provide recipe cards of what is made in class and inspiration for creating your own magical drinks at home. Our cocktails will feature spirits from local distillery Still Austin Whiskey Co.

Your ticket includes a beautiful heirloom Tequilero Copper Shot Cup from Sertodo copper to sample from and take home. We’ll be mixing our drinks with Lauren’s longtime favorite Sertodo Copper bar tools and will have some available for purchase after class to get you set up at home as well!

This class takes place in the beautiful open-air kitchen and lounge space at Hacienda Sertodo, a boutique guesthouse minutes from downtown Austin amidst peaceful gardens, and a short 10-minute drive to Lady Bird Lake.
